Canadian Immigration,
Let’s Get It Right the First Time
Licensed support for permanent residence, family sponsorship, temporary status and citizenship applications.
What we do best
Permanent Residence
Express Entry
We take pride in our detailed approach to preparing Express Entry applications. We assess each applicant’s eligibility before taking on their file. Every Express Entry profile is carefully managed to maximize the applicant’s chances of selection. Once an Invitation to Apply (ITA) is received, each application goes through several stages of preparation and review at our office to identify potential issues and correct errors before submission.
Permanent Residence
Family Sponsorship
We understand how important it is to have your family with you. At BIC Canada, we assist with spousal, common-law partner, dependent child, and parent and grandparent sponsorship applications. We assess the eligibility of both the sponsor and applicant before taking on the file. Every application goes through several stages of preparation and review to identify potential concerns, ensure supporting information is clearly presented, and correct errors before submission.
Provincial Nominee Program
OINP
At BIC Canada, our Provincial Nominee Program practice is focused exclusively on Ontario, giving our office extensive experience with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program and its OINP-Workforce Priority Stream. We carefully assess the applicant, supporting employer and job offer before proceeding and manage each application from the initial eligibility assessment and Expression of Interest (EOI) through nomination and permanent residence.
Temporary Residence
LMIA & Work Permits
At BIC Canada, we understand the compliance responsibilities involved in LMIA applications. We carefully assess the employer eligibility, position, wage and recruitment requirements before proceeding. Each application goes through several stages of preparation and review before submission. We also assist employers in responding to Service Canada and understanding their ongoing compliance obligations, while supporting foreign workers with their related work permit applications.

About BIC Canada
Experience. Reputation. Applications Done Right.
BIC Canada, Bassi Immigration Consultancy, has been providing Canadian immigration and visa services since 2011. Our principal consultant, Jatinderjeet Bassi, began practising under the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) and continued through the transition to the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and subsequently the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). He is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Licence No. R407631.
Over the years, BIC Canada has developed extensive experience in Canadian immigration matters, with particular expertise in Express Entry, LMIA, OINP-Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, Super Visa, work permits, status extensions and other applications for individuals already living and working in Canada.
In-depth Eligibility Screening
A successful application starts before the forms are completed. We carefully assess eligibility, immigration history, supporting documents and potential concerns before recommending that a client proceed. Where we do not believe an application has a reasonable basis, we believe the client should know that before investing their time and money.
Error-Free Applications
Immigration applications involve much more than completing forms. Information must remain consistent across forms, supporting documents and an applicant’s immigration history. Our files are prepared and reviewed carefully with the objective of identifying errors, inconsistencies and missing information before submission.
Clear Communication
Immigration can be complicated, but communication should not be. We believe clients should understand what is being applied for, what documents are required and what is happening with their application. Our office uses organized, professional communication and provides clients access to their application process through our client management system and use emails as our primary communication method.
Let’s Get It Right the First Time.
This is more than a tagline for BIC Canada. It reflects how we approach our work.
Immigration applications can affect a person’s ability to work, remain in Canada, reunite with family or become a permanent resident. While no immigration representative can guarantee an approval, an application can be properly assessed, carefully prepared and thoroughly reviewed before it is submitted.
That is where we focus our efforts: pre-screening eligibility, preparing applications with care, minimizing avoidable errors and keeping our clients clearly informed throughout the process.
